Emergo Ventures is a member of the Emergo Group of Companies, an established organization with an extensive global history. While most of the Emergo Group companies are focused on providing expansion and growth oriented financing, Emergo Ventures is the rebellious newcomer destined to demonstrate a new way of doing business in an effort to take advantage of the multitude of investment opportunities of the 21st century.

We aim to identify and invest in businesses that have a thorough understanding of consumers and which have a unique and innovative way to address their needs.

We typically invest up to one million dollars in a first round of financing. Further financing will be available on achievement of the set milestones. If your pre-money value significantly exceeds the inherent value of your business, this type of financing may not be right for you.

We all have ideas and as customers we realize the limitations of the products and services that surround us. At Emergo Ventures we realize that it takes committed, driven, dedicated and energetic entrepreneurs to realize the true potential of an idea.

We are looking for businesses that will become market leaders in clearly defined sectors, by providing novel solutions to unmet customer needs. We pay particular attention to the qualities of the management team, in terms of market experience, in-depth knowledge of their product/service and drive and determination to achieve their goals. You will provide realistic operational and financial plans, with clearly defined milestones, and take the necessary steps to achieve these. We expect the funds we invest to be utilized in materializing the business' goals, hence fiscal prudence on the part of management is essential.

Once we commit to an opportunity, our team works closely with management to help maximize the value of the business. We take an active role in steering the growth of the business, almost always taking a seat on the Board of Directors. We go about our work with transparency, dedication and integrity.
